Automatic Teller Machine (ATM)
An ATM is available 24 hours a day in the main hallway near the Memorial Essentials gift shop.
Call Lights
Patients can easily get in touch with their medical caregivers at any time. In addition to the call light feature at every bed, patients and their families are given a cell phone number to reach the nurse or medical caregiver directly.

Cafeteria
A full-service cafeteria is located on the first floor of Memorial Hospital Miramar.
The cafeteria is open daily:
Breakfast: 7-10am
Lunch: 11am-2pm
Dinner: 4:30-7pm
Snacks and Beverages Only: 4-6:30am, 10-10:30am, 2-4pmHot entrees, sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, salad bar, bread and rolls, cereal, yogurt, desserts and more are available. The menu and availability of items change each day. Refreshments are available in vending machines in the cafeteria dining area.
Wrapsody Café
Located in the Medical Office Building, Wrapsody Café offers gourmet coffee drinks, beverages, soups, salads, wraps, sandwiches and assorted baked goods. It is open Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm.
Nutrition Services
The Memorial Hospital Miramar Food and Nutrition Services staff provides patient meals that are delicious and nutritious. We allow patients to choose their own selections from a menu at meal times. The Food and Nutrition Services Department can be reached at (954) 538-4735.
Snacks
Vending machines are located in the cafeteria and the waiting rooms of both the adult and children's Emergency Departments. Refreshments also can be purchased in the Memorial Essentials Gift Shop and Special Delivery Gift Shop.
Gift Shops
The Memorial Essentials Gift shop is located in the main hallway of the hospital near the Information Desk. In addition, the Special Delivery Gift Shop is located off the elevator lobby on the second floor. Both gift shops feature a large selection of merchandise, including floral arrangements, plants, balloons, candy and snack items, gift baskets, beautiful gift items and a full line of greeting cards. The gift shops are staffed by friendly volunteers, and are open daily 10am-8pm. Seasonal merchandise also is available.
The gift shops accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. As an added convenience, you may call in gift orders for patients. Call

Language Services
Memorial Healthcare System serves a vibrant multicultural community in South Florida and works to provide patients with medical care in their own language. Each Memorial Healthcare System hospital, including Memorial Hospital Miramar, has a Customer Relations Director on staff to facilitate a patient’s linguistic needs.
In addition, every Memorial facility has signs in English and Spanish, and provides many educational materials and brochures in Spanish. Memorial Hospital Miramar maintains a list of employees who speak a wide range of foreign languages other than Spanish. Please ask your nurse or caregiver about arranging translation services.

Meditation Room
Memorial Hospital Miramar’s Meditation Room, located in the main lobby near the Information Desk, is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Pharmacy
Conveniently located in the Medical Office Building, the pharmacy sells prescriptions, medical supplies, over-the-counter medications, candy, cards and more.

Phones
Courtesy phones are located throughout the hospital for free local calls. Cell phones can affect patient care equipment, ventilators, IV pumps and telemetry monitors. For the safety and comfort of our patients, please limit your cell phone usage to the main lobby, the cafeteria, the visitors lounge, waiting rooms and outside the building.
TTY Devices/Special Needs
Use of TTY Devices and other options for vision- and hearing-impaired visitors can be arranged through the Patients with Special Needs office at (954) 986-6343.
Valet Parking
Free valet parking is available at the main entrance to Memorial Hospital Miramar, as well as the main entrance to the Medical Office Building.
