At Memorial Hospital Miramar, we want to help women get back into shape and stay healthy physically and mentally – this benefits mother and child. The classes are designed to help new moms regain their prepregnancy figures and feel great. Postnatal yoga can help:

  • Decrease stress and anxiety
  • Boost self-esteem
  • Help shed weight gain during pregnancy
  • Increase energy
  • Safely teach stretching and flexibility techniques
  • Decrease sleepless nights

  • Strengthen muscle groups weakened by pregnancy
